Terms of Service

AIRR sends prompts to third-party AI models (including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and xAI) and statistically measures how often those models mention the entity you specify. Results are expressed as a Wilson score interval — a statistical estimate with a confidence range, not a guarantee or prediction of future AI behavior.

AI model outputs are non-deterministic. Mention rates will vary between runs. We do not control, influence, or guarantee the output of any AI model. AIRR measures behavior; it does not modify it.

You must be 18 or older and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We use passwordless authentication (magic links); keep access to your email secure.

One free snapshot is included on sign-up, no credit card required. Ongoing tracking requires a paid subscription.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice to your registered email.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

If a payment fails we will notify you and provide a grace period (typically 3–7 days) before suspending tracking. Your data is not deleted during a grace period.

You agree not to:

• Use AIRR to track entities you do not have the right to analyze (e.g., scraping competitors’ private data).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent AIRR’s rate limits or spend caps.
• Submit prompts containing illegal content, hate speech, or content designed to elicit harmful AI outputs.
• Resell or sublicense AIRR output data without our written permission.
• Misrepresent AIRR scores as endorsements or rankings from AI companies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Key points:

• Raw AI responses are automatically purged (nullified) after 90 days.
• You can export all your data at any time from account settings.
• Deleting your account immediately cancels your subscription and permanently removes all associated data.

AIRR and its underlying software remain our property. Your entity data, prompt panels, and metric results belong to you. We do not claim ownership of data you submit or results generated about your entity.

You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI MODEL BEHAVIOR CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR USE OF AIRR SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
